By participating in ESO Housing, you agree to uphold these standards. They exist to protect our community and the creative work shared within it.

1. Treat every member with courtesy and respect. Disagreements happen - hostility does not belong here.
2. Do not upload or share content that is offensive, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or illegal in any jurisdiction.
3. Credit the original creator when showcasing, referencing, or building upon another person's work. Plagiarism will result in removal.
4. Keep submissions relevant to Elder Scrolls Online housing. Unrelated promotions, advertisements, and spam are not permitted.
5. Offer feedback that is constructive and specific. Criticism should help a builder improve, not discourage them.
6. Report concerns to a moderator rather than engaging in public disputes. We handle violations privately and fairly.
7. Repeated or severe violations may lead to restricted access or permanent removal from the community.

By creating an account, submitting a build, or posting on esohousing.com, you agree to follow this code. Breaking it may lead to content being removed or an account being suspended.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping its details secure. You must be old enough to use an online service in your country, and you agree to provide accurate information. Browsing the site needs no account at all - one is only required to submit builds or take part in the community.

You keep full ownership of the houses, screenshots, text, and collections you submit. By publishing them here you grant ESO Housing a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and feature your work on the site and in related promotion, with credit where practical. Please use the site in good faith. Do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to break or overload the service, scrape it at scale, impersonate others, or post anything unlawful, hateful, or harassing. We may remove content or restrict access to keep the community safe and the site running.

ESO Housing collects as little personal data as possible and never sells it. How the little it does collect is handled is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
